Hey Guys! Often times people ask me "what shampoo and conditioner do you use!?" I just want to say more than anything it's NOT the products that have made my hair become so great – it is the lifestyle changes and how i choose to nurture myself through healthy foods and also I don't blow dry it every day or use harsh stuff on it (no dyes etc) but for most of the PRODUCTS I do currently use – since a lot of people do ask – they're linked in my AMAZON STORE in the description box of this video! Cheers guys!
Male hair transformation interview please

Yes your hair looks nice and healthy. And one thing is that it is not only your hair everything about you is vibrating and radiation.
I can even see some changes in my life, exercises, sleep and body within this few days. Thanks for sharing great stuff on your channel.
Gillian, I wonder if you can help me – my 82 year old husband – who has a permanent catheter for peeing & chronic diarrhea (no actual pain or symptoms) – is emaciated & for past 5 months has been on a naturopath’s program of many supplements (probiotics, gut soothe, vitamins, etc) to mend what we assume is a damaged microbiome, but whose health or symptoms have not responded or changed whatsoever. I am wondering if such a person could benefit from a juice fast? Just about everything I see is directed at weight loss, which is last thing he needs. I would love some input regarding this.
Hi Gillian. What supplement do you take please?
What hair products do you use on your hair, Gillian? I'm a new subscriber here, and sorry if the question has been asked before. Your hair is gorgeous and shiny also.
You have the cutest outfits! 🎉😊
I am high raw vegan and my hair was thinning a little before and not growing as long as it used to. My hair is now in dreadlocks and longer than been ever in life. Thank to the raw 🙂
The diet is very important and so is the way you treat your hair. Colouring products and iron or hairdryer are very damaging.
Have you always talked to this fast? I'm not trying to be rude, I'm genuinely curious. You kind of remind me of hummingbird if a hummingbird was a person.
You look amazing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I believe the key word is ‘RAW’. This probably won’t work for vegans that eat a lot of processed and hard carb foods.
My hair also became a lot more healthier and shinier when I ate predominately a whole food and plant based diet. My nails too.
Beauty! ❤What kind of shampoo or hair products do you use?
Thanks for this video. Your hair looks great. Can you do more videos on the topic of hair. What specific foods/fruits/veggies helped to improve the health of your hair? Thank you.
You looked better when you're very, very large forehead was covered with bangs.
We should all agree that diets are definitely individual. I'm happy for you, Gillian. I believe you and fullyrawkristina are doing well on this lifestyle
You look beautiful sis. My locs still full and long as a raw vegan.
the outside of the body is a map to what is going on inside….I understand that during the detox the hair situation can get worse before it gets better, I wonder if this is the same w/the health of the teeth and gums, would hate to have that area go retrograde (ugh)…any info you might have on people w/dental during detox befores/afters… perhaps consider doing a similar video but on dental…
Nice video! Yes, I’ve noticed your hair has grown so much. The same thing happened to Raw Kristina. She even gave her hair a name…lol. My hair grows a lot when I juice more. It is the hydration, enzymes and nutrients. Your face also glows now, compared to your older photos. Thank you for sharing! God really blessed us with wonderful natural foods. 😊
You do have pretty hair Gillian. My hair is thin, each strand of it is thin. I have lost a lot of hair since going plant based. Clumps of it would fall out.
Just wondering since you said you took protein powders, do you think that helped your hair ? I don't consume protein powders.
Also I have noticed several plant based doctors that look like they are going bald, or don't have much hair. Such as Dr Goldhammer, Dr Klapper and their was a couple of others. Would be interested in your thoughts if you think the protein powders helped your hair or was it only the raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and juices?
One good thing I noticed about my hair was when I was drinking green powders ( barley grass, Moringa, Spirulina) the colour of my hair was more deepened. When I stopped taking the greens the colour was not so deep.
It’s been three months of raw and I’ve had gobs of hair loss BUT I had Covid about a month before I went raw… soooo one of the Covid side effects is hair loss. I’m still keeping it raw!
I follow you since I went raw vegan 6 month ago and you are really inspirational! I love your videos and interviews even that I am in South Africa, I can still relate to all that you talk about!🌟🙏
In your interview with Dan McDonald the Life Regenerator you said that your hair was falling out and then you had to take a protein supplement to stop it. Can you tell us about that?
This is so inspiring to watch/know!! When I was younger my hair was healthier and now it’s frail and falling out constantly, if you don’t mind me asking, how long did it take for your hair to grow back healthily during your raw vegan journey?
Hey Gillian such a big fan… it's getting warmer out, could you please do some bikini videos around a swimming pool or a lake? Thank you very much
What an amazing transformation!! ❤

Gillian you look amazing!! Yes, when we stop eating the toxic foods that clog out guts, our stomach acidity improves and we are better able to absorb iron particularly, that’s why I accidentally reversed my anemias going raw vegan back more than 10YA and I’ve seen it with my vegan clients too. Iron also impacts thyroid health, which is involved in hair as well. Your results reflect human biochemistry. You’re doing fabulous work and your beauty and radiance is inspiring ❤👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You look amazing!❤️ what a difference!
This is so inspiring!👍🏽💗💐
You look amazing Gillian 🙂
I belive that as we go through our ascension process we suffer hair loss due to our hair being an antennae on our crown chakra! We store karma and trauma in our hair, our hair can start looking unhealthy and fall out! As we make healthy choices with raw wholefoods and work on our light bodies our hair starts thriving! Great video!
Wow! I see the difference. How amazing. Thank you for showing us Gillian.
Gillian! The most beautiful part of you is your inner beauty and spirit! The glow and vibrancy shines so bright in you! I’m very grateful for all the things you share and your amazing content. And wow! It’s literally so insane how long your hair has gotten. It’s inspiring me to grow mine out. 💗
you literally have the BEST hair!!! 😍😍😍
Thank you for your great inspiring videos May I please know which multiple vit do you take I’m not raw vegan but have two meals that are raw in a day God bless
You can always tell when someone has the lace hair weave. CLICK BAIT….DONT FALL FOR THIS…..Look up what vegan does to ur body that these people DONT tell you. Just eat healthy….that's all you have to do. Vegan is all just a money making scam.
You look really beautiful. Much better than your younger version! I am 35 now and this is my first year raw vegan and I see that my hair is growing really fast. Although I do have a problem with easily splitting ends. Staying committed to my diet. Although every two three weeks I will eat something processed. Working on that issue:) thanks for your videos they are really motivating <3
How long did it take for you to notice a difference in your hair?
Raw . Organic . Non GMO is the way to go. The processed food is what harms our health.
Hi Gillian, I am curious how long did IT take to grow so long and get significantly better?? I have moře problémy with skin…
I experienced crazy hair loss at the beginning of going raw. I think it was because I reduced my calories a lot compared to the regular vegan diet I was doing before. It took almost 4-6 months to grow back again.
You used to sit so far away from the camera. But now you belly right up to the camera because you know you look good!
You look absolutely amazing! Bravo! You look in your early twenties, max. Thank you so much for this wonderful example of the effects of a raw vegan diet on hair. Fully Raw Christina also commented on the beneficial effects of living food on her hair.
Great to have independent corroborative evidence. Maybe something people are not aware of. Fantastic info! Thank you for your continuing support and infectious enthusiasm.
When I went whole food plant based (not 100% raw) I started to loose so much hair..I kinda ignored it and thought it will get better, but it got to the point when I had really thin hair and half of what I used to have…so I cut them much shorter…it is little better now, I am not loosing as much..I thought it is either zinc (since my nails are brittle) or also iron (I added more greens)..I do not take supplements, but I do consider to take some.. would you recommend any specific brand? Thank you!
I have fine hair too and thought it was thin but the healthier I eat the less fall out I have and it's getting a lot thicker and has more volume. All I do is wash it once or twice a week and let it air dry, that's it! I also use wooden combs and brushes too.
This is so important to both men and women! Thank you for sharing this as you never know how many people of both genders can benefit from this. Virtual hugs from Destin Florida 🏖️☀️🌺🌊❤️❤️❤️
Gillian, congratulations on all the benefits you've experienced from going raw vegan. It's very inspiring!
I'm curious, did you ever find cooked foods to feel addictive? For myself, I find it hard to not overdo my consumption of cooked food but can easily do so for low-fat raw vegan food as it doesn't feel addictive to me. In a way, I feel saner when I eat raw.
