one must shoot in the dark to find something. and never put your life into a professionals hands, because you dont know what agenda they might follow.
best is learn the scientific thought process and do the research and fact checking. its easy because its all common sense.
and all the professionals aka scientists who develop the facts for doctors to follow all agree that the more meat the less years of life, except for those with agenda and those still learning how to research.
believe it cuz its true. all science is common sense, the only confusion exists between the average person and this includes doctors.
become a human and stop following as if you were a goat
theres a study that proves milk stunts your growth. it makes you grow faster but shorter then no milk.
I'm vegan for 6 years next month. I have developed gut issues and food intolerances, but I don't blame that on my lifestyle. I went through a couple of bad experiences last year, and was under a lot of stress. My cognition has been slow. I burp a lot and have post nasal drip. Obviously, my gut is out of balance, and I'm trying to address that with probiotics and an anti-parasite supplement. I won't give up on my lifestyle for no one. I became vegan for ethics and health. Stuff happens in life, and your body can get out of whack. My goal is to do everything possible to heal without abandoning my ethics. I think we're so brainwashed into thinking that animal products are the only way to health that as soon as something goes wrong our fears drive us back to animals and their secretions. Not gonna lie: seeing all these videos of ex-vegans has me feeling worried and insecure, but I am fighting through that. I became vegan with good intentions and some health challenges will not change that. I will say that getting with a plant-based or vegan doctor or nutritionist is your best bet if you have any issues on this lifestyle. Most omnivorous doctors will only scare you into eating meat because they don't know any better. For example, my WBC was slightly lower than normal and I knew it was because I was vegan as eating mostly healthy with whole food plants means lower inflammation. Despite explaining that, he wanted me to take another blood test. I begrudgingly complied, but not before consuming lots of vegan junk food! (Which I knew would raise my WBC!) Well, got the blood test back and it showed that my WBC more than doubled!😮 And then I was declared fine.🙄 Another time, I wanted to increase iron absorption to give blood. Added citrus to greens and my iron was higher than it had ever been before I went vegan!😄 A doctor may have told me to eat a burger (something I've been told before when I wasn't vegan yet).. so be your own advocate. Google nutrition information for plant-based eating, watch this channel and others like it, and ignore the influencers who are often flighty and extreme.❤
MONEY MONEY MONEY… When I watched these people explain why they are no longer vegan Al I can think of is they ALL got paid good money from the meat 🍖 industries to tell us this in hopes people will eat stop being a vegan and eat more meat and dairy 🥛 but Vegan will still win Miley Cyrus or not. Lol
It is so sad to mix veganism with the youtuber-influencer-celebrity world. I`ve been vegan for 29 years now and in recent years found that the WFPB diet (SOS free) is what keeps me at my best! of course I became Vegan for the animals. I would rather listen to doctors like Alan Goldhamer than wasting time on influencers.
What will keep me indefinitly from a vegetarian/vegan diet is the insane amout of fibre. Fibre is just garbage for the human body. I regret every time I eat my beloved brussels sprouts.
Great video, Klaus. I love how you enter in more details about animal products, what eggs really means. However, you again made the old mistake, puting high carb vegan diet in the same cathegory with the radicals way of eating of bony rebecca and raw alingment
The fact that on a vegan diet you have to take supplements for B12 as well as countless other nutrients just shows how lacking the diet is. The fact that B12 deficiency can cause irreversible neurological damage shows how vital it is. You shouldn't have to take a man made supplement for something that you can get naturally from an animal. And before claiming that B12 comes from bacteria, humans digestive systems do not process it the same way that other animals do and the only way we can digest it is by eating actual food. Plus if you can just take a supplement for b12 and other nutrients lacked, why don't you just give up on eating food and guzzle down a jar of different supplements? The vegan diet makes nutrition far more limited to very specific foods when you could just get most of the nutrients you need from both plants and animal products.
I saw my sexual health improve once I got off of the vegan diet.
Sorry but the way we mass produce plant crops for human consumption is not kind to animals. Millions of insects, birds and rodents are all poisoned to protect those crops. Small animals such as lizards, rabbits, frogs are minced as the harvester rolls through. Ecosystems are literally collapsing because we are killing off the plants and animals other animals rely on for food.
Why do vegans melt down over non vegans eating meat?…… Am a carnivore and don't shive a git what y'all eat …..
It's unethical not to eat animals.
All these people mentioned are first and foremost content creators that will jump from niche to niche for their financial gain
How about insects that are killed in masses for all the vegans. Please make a video about tofu and how every animal or insects that enters those bean fields are slaughtered and wasted. I’m not anti vegan but if you’re going condemn people who change their diet, then be honest about the distribution that being a vegan causes.
6 minutes in, and still no REAL reason why plant-based dieters quit vs. what I've learned – straight hard hitting facts from the first second – now I know whose opinions to put more weight on
Truth is vegan life isnt for everyone, and people should stop saying that itll be better for them and instead say it may be better for them, but no promise.
Asking an Atheist like cosmic skeptic to have consistent philosophical and moral values is laughable. He playcated pretty quickly for Mikaelia Peterson.
If we're all cosmic proto-plasm or monkeys, nothing matters. Veganism, morals, nothing.
I am pescatarian. I only consume 3 servings (~ 10 oz per week) of fish per week mainly salmon and sardines. This is cheaper than buying fish oil and the omega fats are easily absorb in food form. Supplement suppliers are unscrupulous as far as fish oil is concerned. I take Choline supplements and Astaxathan as the FDA recommend these and vegetarians lack these 2 nutrients in a diet.
Human beings have been eating meat since time immemorial. Animals eat other animals. While I agree that it is spiritually in tune to not harm animals as much as we can, it is impossible to undo centuries of history and expect everyone to stop eating meat. So please – vegan or vegetarian, pescaterian or whatever you are – stop judging people who aren't.
These ex-vegans have never cared about animals or health. Image is their primary driver.
Im not vegan but it seems more cruel to eat a "happy" well fed animal with lots of space.
First and foremost, ethical reasons for diet has been dead reasoning since it began. If we can thrive eating animal foods, then ethics has nothing to do with it. We would not fault an animal for eating meat when it needs to, so we should not fault ourselves if we can thrive eating it. Ethical reasoning for diet: (easily) proven inappropriate. However, we should be ethically raising and harvesting meat from animals. These animals are beautiful creatures, worthy of due respect, care and love, as is every creature.
You know that thing where people talk about certain diets, saying things like, "that's not a sustainable diet?" Well, so many vegans are seeming to eventually feel horrible on the diet and decide to stop being vegan. They add meat back into their diet and begin feeling better immediately. Other vegans then seek to "debunk" them, over and over… and over. They say things like, "They should have been on this. They should have done that. This is what they did wrong." This is also quite disrespectful to each of these individuals and their dedication to their own health journey. As I doubt they are plainly all lying, they should not be debunked, they should be considered. I'm seeing a trend and I hope others do too. I'm pretty sure we can call veganism unsustainable due the the eventual many difficulties (mainly nutrient deficiencies, toxin accumulation and strict supplementation) that a large portion of vegans are experiencing over time.
I cannot speak for some that may thrive on a vegan diet, as we are all SO very different. If some are vegan and it truly works for them on a bodily level (ethics and culture aside), then continue on thriving. But if things go south, get ahead of it quickly. Check your body for deficiencies, toxin type and levels, specific physical symptoms and, most importantly, believe the results.
And once again, as it is crucial, don't put up an ethical wall between you and your health. IT DOESN'T WORK, and for such simple and obvious reasons:
1. You cannot digest an idea
&
2. There are both good and bad animal raising and harvesting practices
I’m not vegan at all but i eat 85% whole plant food. I consider animal derived protein as poison. I don’t judge those who chose to eat crap/poison. I personally don’t eat them. Whenever i do, it’s mostly in condiments like oyster sauce or fish sauce. I rarely eat them tho.
Miley can now buy herself flowers and a hunk of steak if she wants. 🎉4
Thank you! 👏
the DEATH hormone is hard to eliminate from meat, you might feel better temporarily from the Adrenaline in meat, maybe you can slowly freeze and deprive oxygen from a animal and just before the heart stops drain the blood to minimize that ONE hormone not the rest however which the liver has to deal with. and will leak some into your system mostly estrogen which might explain some of the gender confusion , moobs and muffin tops from stress hormones of animals
?
I tell my friends and relatives to take the journey into wholesome plant based nutrition .
Disease and suffering before dying plus the psychosocial impact is a reality but not apparent to many because Disease develops gradually overtime.
Keep it away by a healthy diet or suffer while on the reversal pathway or before you die
I have been vegan 29yrs before that l was vegetarian 14yrs. In both cases l was not influenced by celebrities. From what l understand some seem to have adopted extreme eating habits. Others saw being vegan as a way to cure ills. Neither of these worked so they give up. I am notvegan for my health. I am vegan for animal's, the worlds hungry people and the environment. Those reasons strengthen my resolve to remain vegan.
I found most of these ex-vegans are young. Most of them don’t know how to eat a balanced vegan diet. I’m wondering if they ate a lot of processed vegan food and junk food. I tried 3 times till I got it right. I didn’t give up. People just don’t know how to eat. I found that whole food plant based was best for me. They couldn’t possibly be eating right.
And the plants are not sentient beings? Nothing in this world wants to die, but it does anyway. It's a fact of this life. Doesn't rationalise cruelty for sure. That should be avoided. But is a tiger cruel when it kills the gazelle?
Hahaha I haven't had a wet dream in 6+ years, nothing to do with diet
