You and your viewers might enjoy Zucchini Hummus to use up that glut of produce! This is one I took from my days at the most popular natural and organic grocery store chain 😉 Just raw zucchini cut into food processor manageable pieces, garlic, salt, tahini, and lemon. Add a touch of ground cumin and smoked paprika and it's even better. Lasts for days in the fridge and goes great with a Mary's Gone Crackers type cracker.

Thanks for the suggestion about drying frozen cherries. I always have some in the freezer. NowFoods makes an organic, non-gmo soy milk powder, the only ingredient is organic soy milk powder. Just add water. I have a soy milk maker but don't use it much. Mixing soy milk powder is so much quicker and less messy.

tho, I like the idea of watering your plants w/the zucc liquid, you can always use that extra zucc liquid in a soup or stew (or anything you need extra liquid for), or add to a smoothie!! Just don't throw it out! ha ha

Trader Joe's has a soy milk now that is just soybeans and water. So exited to find it as the only store where I could get Westsoy is discontinuing it. Trader Joe's is also better priced
