Never felt better and so energized. So far I've lost 22lbs starting at 170lb. Maybe was more. I stop weighing myself. But I'm now 148lb. I haven't been in the 140's for almost 10yrs. I'm into my second decade of WFPB no O and feeling great. Still, we all need to constantly remember the goals and not give in to so much societal pressure or those old food addictions.
