Just say whole food plant based.
What you just said makes perfect sense to me .. thank you
Can anyone help with problem? I have tired doing a vegan diet in the past all starts well then bang I get weak though the lack of iron in my diet I did add dark green vegetables and even braved seaweed all to no avail. I found that black pubbing helped me get my strength back perhaps I'm simply not designed for the vegan diet as it looks like I need a lot of iron in my diet.
Is the huge amount of food really necessary, perhaps that why people are having a hard time figuring out how much they should eat? It’s so overblown, half this half that? Don’t eat till your stuffed, only comfortable. Actually I think more about my eating now than I ever did!! Isn’t this supposed to be a no brained wag of eating???
TRUTH. I too am losing weight and healing remarkably not because I'm VEGAN, but because I'm eating whole plant foods. I didn't start getting really good results until I did that.
Any suggestions for kidney health Ryan?
Don't forget your B 12. 😉

Great work Ryan 😁
I have 2 problems trying to lose weight. #1 when I eat whole foods it is really hard for me to eat enough. #2 after a few days, I start questioning why I am doing it even if I wrote down my reasons.
I’m in the middle of reading How Not To Diet and everything you’re saying about your results fits with the science
Cheers to committing to this lifestyle for 6 years! Today with all the processed food out there that is a real accomplishment. Love all your videos! Keep getting your message out there Ryan….people need to hear how great this way of eating can be for them😊👍🏻
what is your approximate daily protein target for g/kg body weight (or lean mass?) and how much does that fluctuate seasonally?
I like the direct mildly intense delivery of the information. Thank you
