Thanks for the video. Can you tell us what an "appropriate" amount would be in terms of not counting calories but still have the right amount and not be overeating? For instance how big is the 50/50 plate? What is a good portion size? Thanks for your help I really appreciate it.
Would love a vid where you go into a bit more depth about identifying when someone is "emotionally eating" vs actual hunger, and strategies to help avoid eating when you feel like it's emotional. Sometimes it's easier not to eat even when you're hungry compared to when feeling emotional!
