I love how gentle you are with your scrambled tofu here. I eat it almost daily since I saw your previous video and I pull it off in like 5 minutes, it looks like an absolute mess. No pressing, I crumble it fast above the pan, i make the sauce in a little cup (less dishes) and whisk it with a little spoon (less dishes) but everytime it comes out absolutely delicious 🌱
I preordered my book. You are by far my absolute favorite YouTube vegan channel. I have made more of your recipes than all other YouTube vegan channels combined and all of my vegan cookbooks combined. And ALL of your recipes have been fabulous! Not one disappointment. Not a single one. PLUS, I like Indian food now. I have been a vegan for a decades. I tried a few times to like Indian food (restaurants) but meh, it just wasn't happening, that is until your red lentil curry.

Haha, I am Thai, and generally in Thailand noodles are made with rice – but I looked it up and those particular noodles are produced by a supplier in Thailand, so 🙂

Just wondering if could regularly make recommendations for replacing coconut milk. I have gone vegan to reverse and prevent Cardiovascular disease and would love to know how a recipe could be modified to exclude coconut milk. I've tried coconut extract with soy milk. Just wondering if you have any better options.
I can drink ginger dressing (carrot and onion based) it’s sooo good and I love it’s made with raw veg❤
