What a fantastic video! Who knew that so many traditional Tuscan dishes are historically vegan?! Canโt wait to try the dosa-ish chic pea pancake and everything else! I learned so much! ๐๐ผ
Thanks for the very interesting and informative video on traditional plantbased vegan food in Italy. I love Italian food and food around the world..This is my first visit to your channel.. I'll have to see if you have any plant based food based videos. I'm sensitive to gluten too so its handy to know that kind of sourdough bread with beta gluten I'd only heard of the alpha gluten.. We grow some food at home and didn't know you could eat the flowers of rosemary. Ive always nipped out the flowers๐.. again thanks ๐๐ฝ for sharing this ๐๐ฑ๐โฎ๏ธ๐๐ฝ

I'm not an expert, but it seems obvious to me that people eat what's available, and what's affordable. Meat is not always available or affordable. Therefore, we omnivores find another way. However, when meat is available, people tend to eat it because of its nutritional value.
Bon appetito!
