C, what did you do when ur kids were small? I don't cook and I am petrified of having kids just because of THAT responsibility. My mom made us very very healthy home cooked meals every single day and my sister and I just did not get that gene lol at ALLLLLLL

Hi there. I have just joined your channel 😊. Thank you so much for sharing. I was slim in my 20s and 30s. I’m now 45 and overweight. I’m trying not to stress about it. I had an eating disorder at 16 when I was very underweight. You feel silly about it and we shouldn’t feel that way. I’m so glad you’re enjoying your food. I do try to eat plenty of fibre and protein now. Fibre is so so important. I’m from the UK so I think we have a similar lifestyle to the US xxxxx

Some great ideas in there – my boyfriend says that I don't cook, I make "concoctions" which sounds like what you do 🙂 So this is perfect for me.
I always listen to you while I walk or while I’m in the shower. 🫣 I don’t do well with silence, so I fill my shower time with educational podcasts, and while walking- it feels like we are friends and you totally amuse me. Thank you for your comments on tracking macros! I have lost a lot of weight by intermittent fasting and lifting weights. Then I started trying to eat my body weight in protein. Now I am stuck at losing the last body fat and feel I am over eating to get my proteins in. Plus eating later at night than usual when I try to hit that last 20-30 grams. I’m going back to what worked for me and I’ll stop trying to get the exact number.

Thankyou very much for these videos. I am a young 67 year old who eats very similar to what you have shown us in this video. Eating more whole food plant based these days which has helped me become little less "fluffy" shall we say, however not happy with my muscle ratio. You have inspired me to give myself a kick in the butt & "Get out of my maintenance lifting mode & increase my weights!
Also thankyou for your info on castor oil. I too am very frustrated with my "'old lady crepey skin." I have been researching it & your video's have helped me make the decision to give it a try.

Again, I can't state enough how awesome you are. The meal examples you showed REALLY helped open my eyes on how easy it could be to amp up protein…particularly the tuna salad hack with substituting Greek yogurt for a lot of the mayo. Would love to see a cooking video with you and Brett if you're up for it. I just joined a gym and I swear the owner must be watching your videos. She stresses building lean muscle and utilizing zone 2 cardio. I totally agree with you in that I feel like I overate yesterday for the sake of a protein goal. My question is, in the beginning of this journey, would you recommend tracking macros until I get a good feel for what I need to eat in order to come close to eating enough protein and fiber or just listen to my body? I absolutely hate tracking anything, but I'm 53, your height, and do have about 25-30 pounds to lose. I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!
