You can do it man, stick with it… At your weight you should be losing minimum 1.5kg a week, no ifs or buts and definitely sharpen the diet, never ever more than 2500 a day for you bro.

I have lost 59.6KG and I done f&ck all exercise I was eating 5-6 meals a day all clean eating oats with protein powder chicken rice and vegetables etc, I know you said you don’t like meal plans etc but please trust me do yourself a favour and message Jamie from jwt_program it’s a 8-12 week meal plan and I can guarantee it’ll change your life I was 150kg and the lowest I got down to was 91 I have been on maintenance calories for over a year and are sitting comfortably between 95-98kg I have always been big my whole life and it has changed my life.
Eat for results not taste remember it’s a lifestyle change not a diet keep grinding love the content.

Bro this is coming from someone who’s gone down from 162.5kg to 99.1kg today, I never did no carnivore, keto or any sort of extreme food restrictions. For sustainability’s sake, eat what you enjoy bro at a restriction of caloric intake. You want that UP & GO? Have 2-3. You want some sort of fries? Have it at a portion that will sit for your caloric deficit, beef, fish, chicken pork bro eat whatever you want that you enjoy just gotta put in the extra effort of counting calories which should take about 1-3 mins for each meal. I suggest using low calorie sauces too.
This is what I did to lose 63KG and losing 14 more, so take it how you want. Keep at it though that’s one important thing, just keep showing up day in day out.

I know this sounds counter intuitive, but could you brush in the oil that did this over the whole driveway and then clean it all to take a away the slip factor? I'm thinking of time consumption and consistency of the colour. You deserve to have that time for activities that make you happy. If you went to the trouble of etching, priming, painting etc after hours of product research and it wouldn't stick, that would create another problem of getting the paint off. Good luck – we've all spilt motor oil, so take it easy mate.

2000 cals a day. Protein of some sort in each meal. U will drop it fast.
I used to do random 24 hour fasts and then have a 500cal dinner. Brush teeth straight after dinner which seems to help the food cravings. Then keep on the 2000 method. Good luck mate, 75kg to go! 1/4 of the way there
I’ll happily admit that I don’t think you’ll lose 100kgs but I do hope I’m proven wrong. Keep up the good work and at the end of the day it’s a marathon not a sprint.
