Bro, if you are serious about losing the weight, quit taking bs oxyshed and stop cheating with fried foods. You work a job that requires you to sit on your ass most of the day, you need to move more. You have said it many times that you didnt work out or you slept blah blah blah. MOVE! excercise is needed just as much as eating good.
The moment you start moving your body in conjuntion with healthy eating, will be the week you start to see real results. Your body needs to burn calories, PERIOD. Your sedentary job is holding you back from seeing those results… start with walking, then move to weight training and then add cardio. Then try a hiit workout.

Some of the weight you 'lost' during the carnivore diet will come back as water weight once your carb intake increases back to what is normal for you. There is no specific diet that is better or worse than any other for losing weight, it is simply a matter of being in a caloric deficit for an extended period of time. When you add exercise into this mix you can create an even larger deficit or maintain the same deficit while being able to eat slighlty more food due to the exercise burning some calories to offset the extra food intake, but in reality exercise is not even neccessary for weight lose, again its all about being in a caloric deficit. Exercise is obviouslly still very important for cardiovascular health which is reason enough to keep doing it for life, but just remember, a caloric deficit is the KEY to weight lose, plain and simple.
Since the start of your weight lose journey you have lost 25kg which is awesome. It has taken you just under 20 weeks to do this which is an average lose of nearly 1.3kg per week. That is a number you should be very proud of. If you can keep up the same rate of weight lose you will reach your goal weight of 89.5kg by May 2025. The only person stopping you from achieving that goal, is YOU. I know you can do it!

You're not the sharpest tool in the shed are you Dylan. All food regardless of what diet you follow contains energy. So the fact you're not losing much weight is you're eating excess calories often. Doesn't matter that its meat, cheese or eggs, you're still eating to much because you're a fat guts!
