Dang Doug came out hard on poor little Alex. In beginning 😮
This was great thank you so much all of you!! 🙂
ALEX FRUIT, if you want real advice about bodubuilding and strength, look into Dr. Jim Stoppani. Hes not vegan but hes a dr in bodybuilding. He knows the body and building muscles in the gym more than anyone.
Says he does not wants to get big;
'shows himself in front of camera, says how much he benches'
:p That was so funny!
Thank you beauty's <3
what about stretching ??
i think Ego should be talked about more in this space
new subscriber here. this is the greatest podcast ive ever seen in my life.
two words. Eli Martyr. look him up
Hmm… not sure I understand. Doug are saying the strongest man is not big. Strongmen of 400 pounds moving 1000 pounds and more in example the deadlift are not strong? What about the biggest bodybuilders repping 4 and 5 hundred in the benchpress. Yes you can be strong without being 400 pounds , but more muscle equals more strength potential. Also show me a small guy doing a 600 pound deadlift, 500 pound squat, 400 pound benchpress and 225 pound press. I have yet to see any fruitarian putting up such numbers.. is it even possible with this type of diet?
Nice content
I appreciated this talk. Interesting discussion on the difference between building muscle for strength or endurance etc. Thank you.
I agree with Shane…what f…..g man doesn’t want muscle. Doug i totally disagree and I’m older than everyone on the panel. I have never met a young man who didn’t want to gain muscle 💪🏾 💪🏾
Thank you
Why have my triglycerides gone up on a fruit based whole food raw diet?
I'd love to see more of these videos, maybe with John Rose and Orvel Douglas too. It would be great to see more RV females in fitness too, but maybe I just need to get into my fitness more so I can take part. I'm working on it though!
Great conversation thanks!
There is a channel on YT (Path to wellness) and I think he would be a great guest on your show.
👍🙏
Fantastic interview. Fantastic!
Amazing video, thx Alex and the trio😊, stay strong
Doug Graham is also quite old fashion sometimes slightly dogmatic and not actually seeing what Alex and Shane were trying to express. Alex also needs to work on picking a more harmonious group. Eli & Spira for example worked very well together, its important to invite people of a (similar frequency) cause then you have no so fruit-full discussions and conflicting and not as nourishing or enjoyably and flowing well interviews.
Don't need weights or gym. Do high intensity circuit bodyweight exercises and you'll get strong and more muscular. Look at people like Mike Tyson or Herschel Walker.
ok you guys are motivating me to get back to the gym! tomorrow I shall start again!:)
I tend to agree with Doug on everything more than just about anyone else but the main point that needs to be made at this time for our human population seems to be agreed on by everyone here and that’s the important thing. The effect of each of their influences is pretty much all positive. We can all learn from Doug to fine tune our knowledge and behaviour. Great discussion.
I think these guys are approaching the topic from different viewpoints. Dr. Graham and Ted Carr are coming at this from an athletic performance perspective. Shane is coming at this from an average person's perspective where they are feeling subjected to fighting back against society's standards. Think both perspectives can be accurate.
So originally I was attracted to my husband because of his muscle, so I’m not gonna lie often times muscles do attract the girl, but then once I fell in love with him and we got married and had children I put him on a vegan diet. I insisted that he lost a lot of that muscle because it’s not healthy For the body to hold that much muscle, so I’m very happy with the before and after 🤣🤣. Now he looks more like Shane, and I love it.
Something is very odd about shane, maybe he is a clone 8D.
