I was in Aldi yesterday, I always buy those cheap tofu's (I like the smoked one). I also get their soya yoghurts, organic oats, falafels, plus all the cheaper fruit and veg. I've tried that beetroot pasta, but it turns to mush pretty quick! (Note to self: cook for less time). Really enjoyed this video, plus some great life tips from Gemma ☺ 💚🌱

I have noticed that the cheapest Soya Milk from Aldi is no longer fortified with calcium and vitamins.
Aldi and Lidl here in the UK have improved massively. I remember going to those stores in Poland a few years ago whilst on holiday and they already had that stuff on shelves, where back over here was nothing. I am going to try those sausages mate
