Thank you for your content. I find that women provide better overall health and fitness info than the men who predominantly concentrate on building muscle mass. Adding more muscle mass is good but I'm more into focusing on a holistic approach to good health and wellness.

I feel that I love having an apple when I want something sweet I have one to two apples a day. And it is very good before bed. Nice!! I really love this sweet treat you made I really going to have to make that. Great video!! ❤❤
Fantastic video! I can easily eat same/similar meals every day, & do. I find that this keeps my focus on nutrition rather than thinking of food so much eg what's for lunch, what's for dinner, have I had enough protein etc. Keeps grocery shopping simple also. My sweet treat is frozen blueberries (cheap) with canned coconut milk & some cinnamon. The milk freezes straight away on the berries.
I am going to try these meals, although tofu THAT firm is difficult to find in Western Australia. My "firm" falls apart. Thank you for sharing this.
