Have you seen how many chefs die at early ages lately? I would be worried if I was a mainstream chef looking at those statistics. All they know is butter, cheese, eggs, meats. They can't cook anything outside these toxic culture. What other proof do you need that we are designed to eat plants?
We have canines which means we are not straight herbivores
Only humans need to cook meat before eating it.
All lies….. lol…….. lol…. lol… lol……
What is he a doctor of ? Gender studies π
I love this guy β€

Humans are not natural herbivores, because we have a fairly short digestive track, which is notoriously bad in processing plant fiber.
Imagine your diet without domesticated plants. What would you eat? What would your diet consist of if you were lost in a forest or trapped on an island without any access to domesticated plants. Of course you could pick some berries or dig for roots and tubers, or perhaps collect nuts and acorns. However, some of these would be toxic and the rest would be small, fibrous, and difficult to digest and would not provide enough calories for you to survive long term. Therefore, you would likely try hunting. If you are not a skilled hunter, you will likely start collecting small animals such as lizards, snakes, worms, snails, or tortoises. If you are near a large water-body, you will likely take on fishing or gathering shellfish.
The process of plant domestication ensured that some plants became more easily digestible. Studies of human skeletons from early farming communities show that early farmers suffered from many dietary deficiency diseases, such as iron deficiency anemia, scurvy–vitamin C deficiency, and rickets, suggesting that plant based diet could not supply early farmers with an adequate composition of nutrients.
Itβs finally happening!
Humans will finally understand that animals are not food, diet or nutrition, they are someone with the right to live, free from exploitation, harm, torture and abuseβ¦then a horrible death.
Well with the price of rib eye we need some people to stop eating meat π₯© so we can get it for a better price. Thanks you for your sacrifice
I'm all for plant based, but have you seen people on carnviore? I did it for two months and felt amazing. Also did Vegan for 3+ years(really had to work hard to get enough calories for the amount of physical labor I did), but also felt amazing. I think the real foods that are causing disease are the processed foods and seed oils

He's wrong. We're frugivores.
WROOONG! CARBS make you fat. It cause diabetes then HART disease. He does not look healthy at all.
Yeah this guy looks soooo healthy…he clearly only eats plants lmao.
5 of our main organs have evolved to digest saturated fat & protein. There's a reason there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. We also have no ability to digest fibre, we are not hind gut digesters, so run that by me again how we are herbivores? Gall bladder does what exactly??
Stomach acid is where on the scale exactly, show me any other 'herbivore' with PH of less than 2! That's just for starters.! Who's paying you my friend?
What a load of shit πππππππ
We are omnivores, not herbivores or carnivores. Our whole digestive system has evolved for the consumption of meat and veggies/fruits.
One can reason with a carnivore, but not herbivores. Herbivores are like cultists.
Does not eating meat make you stupid?
I have a few teeth that disagree.
Most animals are omnivores, but have preferences. We are the same. Some of us prefer plants, and some of us prefer meat.
Oh really? I guess I'm an outliner then. Been eating the carnivore diet for the last 2 years and I haven't been sick once. Fuck plants. Ever heard of defense chemicals?
