ENGLISH You need: *360g round grain rice (you use for rice pudding) *240g water *40g oil *7g yeast *1 teaspoon salt *approx. 2 tablespoons sweetener Instructions: Wash the rice thoroughly and soak for 2 hours. Then drain the water and put the rice in the blender with all the other ingredients. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes. Line a baking pan with baking paper and fill halfway with dough. Let the dough rise in the oven at max 40 degrees until it almost doubles in size. Remove the dough from the oven, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and then bake the bread for about 35-40 minutes until crisp.

Will the bread still be the same without yeast? 🤍
It sucks dont make it. Plus anyone that can make this bread rise is clearly a master of the dark arts.
Great in case inflation hits again
hey can it work with long grain rice or basmati
Is yeast considered gluten free and safe for celiac people?
