Very good! I've been thinking about what I eat for quite a while. Somewhere between the "kill it yourself-process" and go to the groceries is where I think I will be comfortable. My biggest obstruction is time. But I'm looking more and more into it, so maybe cooking a whole meal isn't my thing. I'm closer than ever to just pick ingredients and mix them together. Just like that I've seen a fellow worker (season kind of thing) dropping loads of pounds/kg and are being more hardworking than ever before. Really impressive!
I learned how to catch fish, shoot small game and prep them a while back, iv'e also had a lot of practise with a bow but although i can hit a small target with a bow I would never use it for game as it's cruel compared to a scoped rifle as your likely to miss the kill shot first time with a bow and I hope people will stop trying. If your near to a beach then fish is your best bet for protein, lots of duck near water ways, never eat road kill if you didn't see it killed and inspect it to make sure the bowls are still intact and haven't contaminated the meat, im self taught for the most part, ps Geoff if you want pheasant get some chicken wire and create a sort of lobster pot pegged to the ground near were you think they my be, throw some corn in the middle and leave for 12hrs👍 mind were you do it and make sure it's not on private land.
Becoming a vegan is the first step towards becoming a carnivore. I skipped the vegan step though… Used butchered 4 of our own lamb this weekend and 3 ducks of our neighbour. Freezer about to be full. We know they had a fantastic life on our grass.
I think the not being able to pick up the Pheasant if you have killed it yourself is something to do with a poaching law, it's to stop people who don't own or pay for the Pheasants deliberately killing them for food. As they say you get nothing for free.
………i wonder how long its going to take for him to figure out what the numbers show. We dont want long form, we dont care about yer sky fairy, yer bunny food or yer clan……..The only thing we want is your unique take on life……….
Everytime know who is vegan is always ill! I found keto is the best for weight loss but it’s very hard to maintain – well for me at least as I am a carb addict. Would like to do the carnivore diet but not sure I can eat so much meat.
is this guy real, 28inch waste eating so well yet sat there with 3 chins wobbling around. eat what makes you happy whats the point living till your a hundred and never enjoying a meal or drink.too many people lying to them selfs these days
When I lived in Siuthern Ireland I used to eat crow breasts that I had shot myself. Long before Gordon Ramsey did it. It is a red meat and very tasty but not much on each bird. Try it 😊 Cheers Paul.
As someone who worksout and do a lot of high intense training, I could never fast. The body would be completely energyless. But best thing for me was to stop drinking alcohol. That made my body go into another level of energy. Can add that we are all different, so if it works for you, its great 🙂 Not even my daughter is like me, so we are all different, and have to find what works best for us.
There's something wrong, with vegans BUT… their choice!

You weren't vegan. You were plant-based at best. Veganism is not a diet.

Glad to hear you know of the dangers of vegetable oils! (an oxymoron if ever there was one!)

High protein is much better.
Carbs give high blood-sugar, which gives:
…Type 2 diabetes.
…Type 3 diabetes (Alzheimers)

The Carnivore Community is proper cool. So much positivity and the anecdotes of healing are incredible to learn about. 💪
