Followed dr berg advice went from 235 down to 165 to 175 it works folks but takes discipline have fell of the wagon a few times sugar is the devil 👿 lol but pretty much developed good habits and can get right back at it

Can we follow this method while lifting weights ? Or will this make us loose mass/muscle ?
1. Consume Salad First – 7 cups a day
2. Protein – fist size, fatty protein preferably
3. Fats – nuts, seeds, avocado, mct oil, olive oil plus
Intermittent Fasting – 12pm – 6pm
4. Nutrients – nutritional yeast b vitamins, electrolytes, sea salt, potassium & magnesium
5. Dont feel deprived – low carb chocolate, keto desserts once to twice a week.
All this information are correct 100% the thing is we don't loose muscles just fat ,i like just born yesterday i feel jung again ❤
I eat when I’m not hungry if I need to reach my bare minimum amount of calories for the day. People can accidentally eat too few calories and end up slowing their metabolism down over time and plateauing altogether for weeks at a time. I would highly recommend keeping track of calories and making sure you don’t dip too low for too long or attempt vigorous workouts on low calorie days or weeks.
