I wonder if sea moss (so everything else what comes out of the ocean) is kinda radio aktiv contaminated from fokushima and other atomic polushion from europe and other countries. (I think at least france and germany have tubes in the ocean where radio active waste material gets in the ocean all the time). Is there any data to this toppic?

Will a pasteurized almond sprout? Also, I have heard some people say that the almonds with the brown skins are not very good for you
I'm hooked on the recipe in your book. Mine didn't firm up ( probably too much water), but it didn't matter! Soaking the Irish moss and removing the almond skin is the longest part, the recipe itself takes no time at all. Thank you for another awesome creation!!!

Would you have suggestions how do you get the right buckwheat the one from India I’ve tried and becomes a rock I can’t eat through it. I soaked it overnight it became mushy and then when I put it in the dehydrator turned into rock crystals again could not eat it at all. Any insight would be fantastic thanks for your time.
