Hi Dereck I left a stupid comment and a vr tenacious commenter explained how I could delete the idiotic thing I said so in the future will do so but since I apologized 3 times it's sort of redundant now. Am active in the vegan community to the best of my abilities; volunteer in a vegan soup kitchen and your recipes and zest for the best life possible of course are inspirational. Currently got briefly caught up in Eric Berg's son's escape from Keto and Scientology which was heartbreaking for me since my husband who passed away 5 yrs ago also had such a narrow escape when he was younger. ……. best wishes as always can't tell you how many recipes I;ve earmarked and even though I will never be an athlete on your level the fact that swimming pools are open again in Ontario Canada is …. incredible so grateful.

You joke about breaking your neck, but it happened to a friend of mine and she wore a body brace for 6 months. I care for a gentleman who broke his neck in a bouncy house. Quadriplegic. Ended up in a nursing home around 40 yrs old.
