Main rule I used to determine a good protein bar is the protein to calorie rule
Look at the two first numbers of the calories let’s say one is 210 And the protein is 19g, that’s 21 to 19, not too bad at all
But there are better ones like pure protein which some flavors are 170 calories with 18g to 190 cal. with 20-21g that’s if you really care about the protein and calories which I’d recommend, but if you’re trying to gain some weight then as long as it doesn’t have too much added sugars or trans fats your fine
non sense, you can’t make that judgement without other information about the person. for someone else with other goals the perfect choice might be the opposite
