I could never have the discipline to go Vegan. I’m sure the health benefits are amazing and you feel like a million bucks when you eliminate animal byproducts from your diet but I love cheese too much.
Another turn off for me is the extensive planning that must go into every single snack and meal. Vegans always need to plan ahead! I went on a bachelorette party with my friend who is Vegan and she needed to research every restaurant we planned to eat at ahead of time to make sure there was something she could/would want to eat on the menu.
But what if going Vegan was easier and more accessible to your average Joe or Jane? Would more people do it? What if it didn’t cost so much more than eating the unhealthy way?
