Thank you for this recipe — I've had others but this is the best!!! It slices and stays together. I try to only have gluten when eating sourdough bread and this meatloaf makes a great sandwich and using the topping as a ketchup — terrific!

I made this meatloaf and I have some issues with it I’m hoping you can help me with. First, the measurements for the barley and quinoa after speaking made about four cups. Is that correct? And after watching your video for the 5th time and notice you have a very large food processor which you don’t mention ahead of time. I have a ninja that is smaller. That is important information because all those ingredients don’t fit. Second the seasonings that I hunted for on the recipe is not enough it came out bland I wanted to tweak but my husband said follow the recipe. Which I noticed you don’t use the same mustard that is listed on the recipe. Third, celery, I’m not a fan but used it anyway following the recipe and it all tasted like celery to me. I’m struggling with this recipe. I don’t want to complain but we were really looking forward to have this meatloaf and thought this was the best recipe out of the ones I have watched. What am I doing wrong? I might try it again soon.

I was all with you until you added the "Balsamic Vinegar" that stuff is nasty. I'll never understand how something that smells and taste so nasty can add any kind of good flavor to a recipe.
