I am new to the channel but binge-watching while I wait to go back to work after a total hysterectomy. I started my vegan journey about 10 years ago but went back and forth between vegan, vegetarian, and death eater for about 4 years of those 10. Now, for the last 2 years, I have been very focused on veganism, and in the last 6 months, I have tried to cut out all junk food and be total WFPB. I have been playing with joining the gym in my area but am worried about how much I should get (food-wise) and I also am a little socially awkward in new places (I wanna poop myself thinking about going into a gym ALONE!!!). I love your vids but wish that you put the recipes up so that I could try them without having to stop the vids every 2 seconds to write things down 🙂 You are a blast to watch! Keep up the great work!!! <3

According to Ayurveda or Eastern medicine you should eat 3 food groups in this order- Fruit first then veggies second and last grains nuts and beans. You will notice your body adjusting to digesting food properly and prevent gastric problems.

I'm having small meals for a few weeks rather than lots of salad. For some reason that makes it easier for me to cut. I'm down 5kg in 20 days which is my best so far.
BTW, tofu makes an amazing no-oil mayo. Then add some dates, tomato sauce (Jamie oliver pasta sauce is awesome), chopped onion/garlic/pickles, and you have a killer thousand island dressing!
Also try tofu as a pizza base. it's superb! (press, slice, cook covered in tomato sauce. Some curry paste makes it nice too.)

Nope. Can't do it. Too much preparation, too many ingredients, too much eating and more than likely too much shitting for me to enjoy this lifestyle. 500gm – 1kg of steak, once a day with salt and pepper is all I need. Must cost a fortune as well for every little ingredient?

What's the best workout for a sagging pectoral? My left pec is fine but the right one is sagging which is partially due to having an abnormal ribcage in that the left side sticks out more than the right side. All the best

Bro, honestly I love your videos, but you have to adress the steroid issue. We know that pro bodybuilders use steroids but you seem so authetic I truly believe that you are natural. If you are natural then I know what is realistic to achieve. For example I don't think that Nimai is natural but I do believe that Simnett is natural, please elaborate.
