How come we only see young ladies. Can the older women tolerate the vegan nutrition regimen. If you think GMO soy is good for you, maybe you you should do more due diligence.
I use to be vegan, but after a major digestive infection it’s hard for me to digest raw foods like salad and beans and brown rice. It’s so annoying bc I also gained 80 pounds I need to lose. I want to eat vegan again but it’s just too much fiber :/ hopefully I’ll heal up and be able to eat more plant based again.
