I tried the brownie recipe based on the blog recipe…they were good out of the oven but got really dry the next day :/ does the extra can of black beans make it more moist? I used coconut oil instead of the tahini..does that make a difference too?

I did the sausage recipe, but instead of TVP I used Okara, because I had a ton and didn't know what to used it for. It worked pretty well

Loved this video. I've been thinking about baked beans lately and that recipe looks delicious! I made my first vegan sausages using SweetPotatoSoul's cook book yesterday and I think those would be good added to the baked beans for like a throwback to hotdogs and beans from my childhood. <3

Just a sidenote: Scanning all the things you eat in an app means that you are giving A LOT of private info to the app that will definetely sell this information. I mean if it knows everything you eat it can directly make advertisement for things you are likely to buy (e.g. on websites like iherb, ThriveMarket, … ).
