Hello Wil.. I saw your Lovely Tomato & Chick pea Masala Recipe just now. . I only saw it for the First Time because I had now marked it as Liked. I have found lots of Recipes that I had not marked as liked. I am wondering maybe I have found your recipes from when You started your Channel. You very graciously Thanked all the People that had Subscribed to your Channel to bring the Number up to 100,000 . That must be some time ago as you have I cannot see the number now but it is about 750,000 Subscribers . Congratulations to you. You have Wonderful Recipes & you show them so well . Of course we Love to hear about you by. It is easier to concentrate on the Recipe when you do not talk . . The way you do it is Excellent. . Very clear & Very Exact . I always watch video recipes but never really try them with exact measurings and all (I use them for inspo). This is the first time I did. And lemme tell ya, it was delicious. Just the right amount of heat. I usually am not a huge fan of coriander seeds, but in this recipe they are perfection. You now have a new subscriber who's gonna follow your recipes exactly~ because man… So good!

I tried with and without coconut milk and it's better without it, besides it changed to a creamy color
