I tried your salad recipe with the suggested dressing and loved it, thanks! It’s very tasty and good for work lunches. I prepared several salads at the beginning of the week and they kept very well. I marinated my tofu in a salty brine before griddling, to get a flavor similar to feta or haloumi. Even though I halved the dressing recipe, I still have some left. I think I will make more salads tomorrow!

We have a chain called Sweet Greens here in Northern California that sounds very similar to CBW. No wraps at SG, though, just massive, delicious, expensive salads. I also wanted to mention that I found the kale prep video that Jessica starred in extremely useful and very relaxing as well, thank you! I have never been told or read about massaging kale, I'm definitely going to be doing that going forward as it toally makes sense that it would improve the texture, thanks, again!

In Phoenix we have a chain that is called Salad & Go which is drive through only, and the menu is salads, all of which can be made as a wrap. They have really good tofu but the only dressing they have is vinaigrette or just vinegar (which is what I get.). I'd love it if they had a WFP sauce

Thanks for the video! I had all the ingredients on hand so made the dressing this morning. However, I'm puzzled as to why your dressing appears to be a yellow-brown color while mine is a deep brownish-red? Is the color of your dressing altered by the imaging? Or are you using some type of odd colored sun-dried tomato? I used a 3 oz package of Trader Joe's sun-dried tomatoes. There is nothing else in the recipe that should account for the difference in color as it is mainly derived from the tomatoes, and the color of all the other ingredients is pretty standard. Of course, one would think that all sun-dried tomatoes would also be a standard deep red. Air whipped in from the blender lightens the blend, but mine is still deep red. I assume you made your dressing per Caryn's recipe. Any info, thoughts, or ideas would be appreciated.

I have a question about the dressing. I didn't see anything in the ingredients list that made it be smokey (smoked paprika or liquid smoke.) I am just curious as to how it is a "Smokey Mediterranean Dressing." I am sure it's good, I just was wondering. 🙂
