Blimey, those muscles! Excellent vegan example for those who want to build muscles (I don't, but it's interesting anyway, and good to pass on info.to those who do). Subscribed. Great to see a fellow UK vegan too.
Hey Michael, great videos dude, you've got a new sub. A couple of things that I would recommend though are: 1) Fortified foods like Nutritional yeast are good, but follow Dr Greger's advice and add a B12 supplement along with the Vit D suppplement, and maybe a vegan algae based omega-3 supplement as well. 2) Grind your hemp seeds, otherwise they will just pass straight through you, and you'll have expensive poop! Also, I would advocate adding some ground flax seeds in there as well. I always add a tablespoon to my porridge at breakfast. It has all the benefits of the omega-3's, but also has the cancer fighting lignans which are much higher in quantity than any other seeds. Loving the FDOE vids btw, keep them up dude!
fuck man you eat a lot of fiber. how many times you poop in a day? (it is a serious question) p.s: you should add a calcium row in your kind of nutrutional board (shown at 15:28).

Great video , I like to grind up hemp seed to powder and sprinkle them on everything, much more palatable . Oh and Don't forget that slow eccentric movement , it's painful but well worth it !!
All of my smoothies look like that 🙂 Especially if I add Spirulina! You add as little as 1/4 teaspoon of Spirulina to anything and the whole thing ends up dark green! I always put Kale and Spinach in smoothies so yeah, always green. Taste fine usually but, even if they don't, at least you know they are doing you good.
