Wet n Wild's Liquid Catsuit is also great, and much cheaper. Not sure if all shades are vegan, but the ones that are have a little "v" symbol on the bottom.

I understand where you’re coming from having seen some of your past videos and from what I’ve collected you having had a very negative experience with the diet, but even as someone who doesn’t personally agree with it long term, I don’t see a problem with people trying it. I can’t stand the dogma in the HCLF veg world but you can’t save people from their stupidity. And short term, it is an awesome experience if you listen to your body about what it needs.
I am really confused, because many people say that fruits are dangerous, fructose are bad for you, and things like that, but… when i eat fruits, i feel well the next day, and when i ate bread, cake and cappuccino, i feel terrible the next day. I spent my whole childhood just eating sweet junk, and I survived!!! I always think that if i had eaten fruits instead of all those refined carbohydrates, i would have a much better health. So, i am sure that fruits are not so bad!!!

And second – seriously, where are frutarians getting the essential minerals and stuff like calcium or B12 from? Are they supplementing and lying about it? Because you damn sure can't go for 11 years without it.

Dr. Robert Morse would contradict you. People are fruitarians as a species. That was supposed to be our species' diet. Sure, a few legumes and nuts once in a while don't necessarily hurt, but saying that being fruitarian is wrong is like saying that a lion eating only meat is wrong.
