Nonsense, fruit is sugar and fibre, it passes through the system very quickly because there are no micronutrients in fruit, and it gives you a high and a crash of energy which is unhealthy because sugar is a drug, but the building blocks of the body is fats, cholesterol and animal protein, which is only found in animal products, especially in organ meats, and with the high animal fat diet you stay full and do not become hungry again for a long time, not because it sits in your stomach, this is Nonsense, but because meats are so nutrient dense which is bioavailable micronutrients, that your body does not need to refuel, and it does not crash because fats are not a drug with peaks and crashes like sugar, they are steady and consistent and lasting. Therefore spiritually and physically speaking the optimal human diet is high animal fats, and organ meats which more than cover micronutrients, and low sugar.
This is why all tribes which are removed from society and ancient spiritual people eat high animal food diets and raw organ meats, milks, blood, etc because they knew that in this material realm there is a circle of life and to sustain life, life MUST be taken, and that blood is the elixir of life not sugar.

It makes a lot of sense to me!! I am in menopause and I feel Keto diet is the most antinatural thing to do. How much urea goes in the kidneys etc? I totally dislike the flesh of animals for food and had to start eating sardines to help me cope with very poor microbiome and absorption so I developed eczema etc I seriously hate to eat animals and I donโt think I can do it at all. When in India I eat complete vegetarian for 2 months and I am extremely energetic, happy and healthy. Once I return to the Caribbean and start eating both chicken, raw and cooked vegetables I am back to being tired and drained. I try to eat as much fruits as is available.
