I love your videos! I have been a viewer for such a long time. I have used your videos for so many meals….I must admit however, I am the farthest thing from vegan….I don't even believe in it. Your recipes however, are such perfect base recipes for me! I simply start with your basics and add my animal protein….perfect for my family!!! BTW, I would love to buy your cookbooks, but sadly, they are twice the price of comparable cookbooks, sooooo, I will continue to watch you on you tube! Hopefully, that is a good thing!

I LOVE the blue bowls you used in the first noodle dish! May I be pissy and ask from whence you purchased? You are such a doll. Wink. Love love your recipes! My bf is Taiwanese and vegetarian. He, too, loves your combinations, presentation and flavours. I want the blue dishes to βspice upβall our white china and some of the traditional blue/white Taiwanese and Japanese china that I adore! The solid blue is a perfect eclectic combination. Lol. Iβm an interior designer. Believe me, I want table scapes to be exciting and perfect. Thank you for all that you do!
