i made the muffins and they came out so so good!! I did some substitutions, I used choc chips and chopped choc instead of cherries, wheat flour instead of spelt flour, and the dairy version (non-vegan) of milk, yogurt & butter, and it was still good ;D thanks for sharing the recipe, love from Brazil!!

Healthy with muffins?
Yes , it is surely good. But eating these quantities is not healthy. There is no use of being vegan if you put everything in a jar.
Why not a small glass instead ?
Be aware that you can be vegan and getting fat because of the quantities. So, first of all, ask yourself what your body feels and really needs till satiety.
After adapt this meal. To your real need to eat .
Here sugar is everywhere, in the chocolate, in the soy yogurt, in the Yeats. In the fruits.
Scientists found that Sugar can make you get older faster. You love your skin so lower the sugar. In the fruits , it is okay.
So measures are important.
Too me, adapt the quantities to what your body is first really able to digest.
If it takes days to digest. It means something…adjust everything. Your body first🌹

So excited about these and I'm not even a vegan. I just have existential crises every time I have to make breakfast. What to eat???? I have a favorite to suggest tho: a simple sweet potato cooked in the microwave with margarine on top.
I would not say having sugar and margerine for breakfast is healthy. As a treat, occasionally ok. But labeling it as healthy is a bit misleading.
