I am Raw vegan how i Can i do de 50 50 plate i do not eat raw oats buckwheat or quinoa just sprouted legumes fruits veggies and just 10 porcent of nuts avocado and seeds
Hannah- is that all the veggies you would make for a week? I feel like I would need 2x that amount for 5 days. Do you prep more than 1x a week? Ps I love your videos!

Thanks!! Here's a tip in return. I steam my broccoli in a little bit of vegan chicken broth. It makes your broccoli taste buttery without butter. Seriously, you should try it, it's delicious.

You can make less mess when cutting cauliflower and broccoli if you cut the stem only (the top will fall or pull apart). That way you get less "crumbs" on the cutting board. 🙂
