@CheapLazyVegan these snacks and meals were winners as usual would definitely love to see more videos like this!
PS another fun recipe you could have made was instead of using the seasoning packet from the ramen you could have used the ramen and the lentils and the tomato soup to make lentil spaghetti and added chickpeas for more protein
I am so loving your channel. I love to make cheap easy vegan creole/cajun meals. People think it’s hard but it’s not. I teach my students if you could cook when you ate meat, you can cook delicious vegan meals all your doing is removing the meats or all animal products, but what we don’t take away is all the delicious seasonings. In creole culture the way to make all of the food taste authentic and good is to always use your staples onion, bell peppers, and celery. My favorite creole aunt also say never go without garlic powder.
I went to a noodle place not too long ago near Toronto and their only vegan option was tomato soup! It was amazing and it never occurred to me I could go to the dollar store and make it for like $3
Loved this! I'd be interested to see a video on healthy foods you wouldn't expect to find at the dollar store because I had no idea you could find chia seeds there
I recommend buying a large bag of quick oats from superstore (I know, not from the Dollarama) for like 3 $. Waaay cheaper and just as easy as "instant" packages and healthier as you add in want you want. Peanut butter is one of my favourite add ins. ( You can get that at the Dollarama. 😊)
Hey Hey >;-) Great video!!! Learning lots >;-) Love the ramen tomato Combo. I enjoy it with everything you said as well. Sometimes I cut up a whole red onion into 6 wedges, Sweat for 5 minutes n 43 seconds then add the soup.I like Baby Bok Choy as well >;-) Your overnight Oat recipe is Awesome !!!! Rock 'n' Roll
You can mix brown sugar, oats, and vegan butter then crumble on top. Presto Dutch apple topping
This is awesome!! Please do this again soon. Saving money and staying a vegan is so great. I can't wait to test out some of the recipes this weekend.
I really liked this video. So appropriate for these crazy times! Wonderful meal ideas for that help with budgeting. Thank you. 😊
Thank you for making this video. I now have some ideas for a potluck I've been invited too.
When you're a vegan you bring something you know you can eat to a potluck.
in 2022, this kind of video has never been more valuable. Thanks!!! Great ideas
Ge ft regular crushed cookies or gramcrackers or wnuts cream on top
Dollar tree has canned and frozen vegetables

Dollar store vegan challenge, I dig. Some awesome looking dishes you have there too, definitely will try it out.

your whole look is giving me Poison Ivy vibes! (from DC)
With ⛽️ gas prices as high as they are. YES. Please make more.
Love this video!! Super quick cheap meals. Gave me new ideas to try!
😍
cake + pepsi OMG🙀🙀
Dollar stores in ottawa do not have a lot of vegan products. We don't have freezers, fresh fruits or veggies in our dollar stores either.
You can put cinnamon and sugar in the pie and cook the apples with the cinnamon and sugar then put in crust
Your dollar stores in Canada are way better than the US. Every food I've gotten from a dollar store tasted like chemicals and plastic.
you make me want to buy coucous and ramen noodles and that pepsi cake yummy!! u make my day esp hearing you crunch and eat and the mmm noises!!
Great video! This is most helpful for those on budgets – thank you so much.
Thank you ,Rose, for proving to many that being vegan doesn't mean you spend loads of money. You just gotta be creative. 😁
Ramen and tomato soup: GENIUS!
Just add some cheese to vamp up 😍
surprised you didn't just use chia seeds and coconut milk for the cake mix. I haven't tried these with coke, will try once day.
I’ve been vegan for like 5 years and never heard of the cake hack, where have I been
I love your hair!! What do you use to get that great saturated colour?
Loved this! I'd be interested to see a video on healthy foods you wouldn't expect to find at the dollar store because I had no idea you could find chia seeds there
They sale “fresh” garlic purée, I love it
Oh rose if you took your maple oatmeal and add vegan butter and that would be a great crumble on top of your pie!

Those stuffed leaves are delicious but if you want to make them extra delicious. You can add some zing with drops of lemon juice.
It whipped it just didn't whip!!! LOL That was a good one!
I would just sprinkle some granola on top after baking
I freakin love this video and I freakin love your corny silly ways. I'm now subscribbled.
How long did you fry the fried rice and was it like medium or low flame?

Did you get the dolmas at the dollar store??? I get that Can from Trader Joe’s for $3-4!
Yayyyyy 😁
Ramen isn't vegan
Doesn’t look like a pie because it’s a cheesecake crust! ☺️😬
Love it ❤ this is great cheap lazy vegan stuff. Dollarama is stepping up their vegan game, I found canned bean sprout s yesterday
I really liked this video, super helpful for thinking of new ways to use things. Thank you Rose!!
"I don't know how to cook or to eat a pie" :')
