The book should be a must read by everyone WFPB, as it gets rid of the fat fear and addresses some of the common myths about salt/iodine etc. Iodine is so important for thyroid health. She has 12 books, including "Becoming Vegan" and a whole series on diabetes. She is who anyone interested in eating like this should be listening to.

You can boil water and let the cashews sit for 15 minutes and the cashews are super soft! Thanks for sharing. Love this recipe. 💞
Qz, that's not a dumb question. You can add any dried herbs you like. At .57… I'm sure Kiki added the dried herbs she likes, just as I will.

Have you tried this recipe using PB2 Cashew Powder? I use this powder in your other ranch dressing and it is delicious. Great to reduce the fat!

You’re right it does taste better with the white vinegar. I’ve tried it with lemon or apple cider vinegar and it didn’t taste as good.

For a low fat option, use baked potato for the majority of the Cashew amount and use only 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cashews.
