You just said the keto diet isnt sustainable there are plenty of people that find the diet very sustainable just because you cant do it, doesnt mean the diet doesnt work come on now

Frugivores don't mostly run on sugar. The fiber they eat is fermented in their hindguts into SCFA's which then become the dominant macronutrient they ingest. Since humans have a nonfunctioning cecum, we cannot convert fiber into fats in any appreciable amount. This means that for a frugivore, a fruit based diet is actually a high fat diet. For a human, it is an extremely high carb/sugar diet. All mammals naturally eat a high fat diet either directly (from animal fat) or indirectly (through fermentation). Since humans can't do the latter, we are primarily animal flesh eaters.
I have a question about bloating that I have not found an answer that makes 100% sense yet. I've been raw vegan for almost a year. My body has normalized and things are going so smoothly except for one thing. Every time I have celery juice, I bloat. More celery juice means more bloating and more discomfort. But no matter how I try drinking a little less or diluting it with something like apples juiced, there is still some bloating. I keep hearing "Give your body time…Ease into it…You are detoxing…blah, blah." Things really should have slowly improved if that was the case. Why does celery hate me? I really want the benefits.
I just started a month ago on raw food I love it I've had maybe ate meat maybe about seven times last month but I'm going to try to stick with the Raw I am blending my food in a ninja so I'm eating oatmeal in the morning Raw but having a green smoothie for lunch and green smoothie for dinner
I'm so glad you posted this as the last time I attempted to go raw vegan I had to give it up because of the stomach bloating and serious constant farts that stunk to the high heavens that wouldn't stop. Now I know I will deffo try again.
Your videos has helped me so much! I never thought i would be able to be a vegan period! but ive jumped right into raw vegan. I'm still in my first week and have been experiencing some of these issues, happy thats its not just me and better days to look forward to! Can u tell me your take on eating fruit for dinner? should i eat most of my fruits during the day? I also work out alot but im struggling to eat the huge portions that raw vegan require. any tips? Ya this is my 4th day being vegan, and I'm so so bloated as if I gained so much fat in a very short period of time 😰I've gained like 3 pounds 😫 anyway I'm glad I've watched this video .. hope u r right and this will go away with time .. p.s: I'm on plant based diet and I eat only vegetables 🥒 and fruits 🍉 + drinking lots and lots of water, a gallon a day or more .. oh and btw I'm an overweight person, 195 lbs and I'm 5.2
potassium and reducing sodium some can also help. I do find water-coffee enemas help when gassy and I can't go to the bathroom or have gotten stuffy. it's not going to ruin your flora.
Here I had to find a comprehensive program where the doctor thoroughly studies my body during the entire program. She found I have leaky gut, typical genetic challenges, food sensitivities causing my leaky gut and more. Currently, she's cleaning up my blood from the stuff leaking in there while I had leaky gut and there will be much more. It's at the Vitalogy Wellness Center in Birmingham, Alabama. No other doctor has studied me so extensively or found so much. I'm starting to feel a lot better.
I notice that smoothies bloat me really bad..I really want to get back to raw. I'm thinking maybe I need to eat my fruits and greens instead of putting them in a blender at the moment. perhaps that will help until my digestive system gets on track with the high fiber.
thank you for the information about sitting down for a long time after eating. I had been really successful on a high carb diet….until I got orders from work which required me to be sitting at a desk for about 9 hours out of the day for 3 weeks. I was bloated at the end of each day and very uncomfortable. I switched to a high fat low carb diet which has left me feeling very mean (thanks to the lack of glucose/sugar). I have to go back on desk orders again for 3 weeks again, but they will not be continual weeks this time, thank goodness. I will try and walk outside while drinking down a banana/date smoothie or maybe have my salad at my desk and then go and walk for the rest of my lunch break. I will pass this information onto my mom as well, as she now has a desk job due to position change at work. Very helpful, very informative video. Thanks so much hun.
