This looks delicious, I’ve got some gochujang so I’m going to try this tonight. Do you serve it with rice? Can you add greens to it, like some spinach or bok Choi? Love Korean food, just made vegan budae jjigae and it’s one of my favourites

I like this recipe and i would like to use Japanese silken tofu which is extremely soft. What I don’t understand is, why does it have to be cooked for so long like 45 minutes?
