You forgot to mention that it also might be hard to get enough protein because not all of us live in a first world country and we literally have to take care of our cents, but I guess you didn't say it because it is a sensitive topic and you wanted to be as respectful as possible, which is cool.
I remember the day when I realized I was allergic to canned Tuna. It was a horrible day, I was crying, sobbing and shaking in my boots knowing the best and cheapest way to proteins got cut off from me. And I also nearly died at night after eating a tuna pizza. That wasnt fun either. Dieting while maintaining a high level of training is so hard, bcs I can't afford therefore cant reach my optimal protein intake. (I dont use Protein powder yet. I want to stick to normal food)
What I do is…….
Mixing Protein Powder with 2 spoons of milk and 500g of Low-Fat quark, which can also be further improved by putting in fresh fruits and/or some oat flakes.

This video is so stupid xD Eggwhites contain less protein than the yoke, so why would you mess around with removing it? xD Drinking whey just after a workout will NOT help you gain muscle. supplements when training does not help you at all. The only thing that matters is the overall intake of protein for the entire week not a specific time.
