This is Sooooo delicious. I didn't even have the daikon,snow peas or the enoki mushrooms and it was till amazing!!! I used Gai Lan (Chinese Broccoli) instead because that's all I had handy. Just lovely! If you make this be careful with store bought chili oil. I was generous when I added mine and it was WARM. LOL This recipe is so delicious and so quick to put together that I know it will be on regular meal rotation at our house.
