A nice little tip I accidentally discovered recently: If you make sweet potato chips around the time of cooking the quinoa / couscous / rice / pasta – whatever you prefer – boil the potatoes on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes but keep the water and use it as part of the water used to boil with or soak into the aforementioned foods. It made my brown rice taste naturally sweet, it was bloody lush! and no vitamins lost too, so win win ššš

Great videos mate. But I would like to know your current opinion on SIBO tests? You said Gojiman helped you out with the SIBO test and that you had SIBO and he really pushes SIBO testing. But you are also a big Dr Greger fan and he says SIBO tests are pointless and a scam. So who is right?
