one ltr water evening oats smoothie or oats aoup …..can i continue this for my goal weight plz tell me .. sometimes i ate non veg on lunch and Apple
Personally i wouldent make my oatmeal like that. I just take 1/2 cup of oats and two tablespoons of ciaseeds and a cup of water and a teaspoon cinnamon without blending
I followed this religiously for 10 days and did everything 100% like she said but added more exercise in my routine and lost 3.6 kg… I was hoping for more but I’m really happy. And will do her egg diet next Łet’š see what happens…
If anyone hates the taste of green tea or matcha you can just add the powder to the oatmeal and it will taste good, i saw her do this in another weight loss video…as for drinking the tea itself i have found that loose leaf green tea tastes WAY better than those commercial sachets.

(Optional) 1 cup of green tea or matcha.
Lunch, shrimp salad:
1 and 1/4 cup of cooked shrimp or prawns 🍤 Half medium sized cucumber and cut into bits🥒 Himalayan pink salt 🧂 Crushed black pepper 1 tsp of Chilli flakes (substitutes fresh red or green chilli) 🌶 Juice of one lemon 🍋 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil 1 cup of green tea or matcha (mango flavour optional)
Evening: 1 cup of green or matcha with, 2 apples or 🍎 🍏 2 plums or 1 bowl of watermelon or 🍉 1/2 grapefruit or 2-3 tangerines or🍊 100g of any variety of berries or 1 kiwi fruit 🥝
Dinner: Repeat the lunch menu of shrimp salad and tea.
In between lunch and dinner you can have red or green cabbage 🥬 or cucumbers 🥒 only.
I’m a college going student it’s hard for me to go light on food I work a lot. If I don’t eat I faint. What if I stick to home cooked food but restrict my calories to 1000 calories per day? Or if I do this diet every alternate day? Would it work the same?
