When I watch these videos they help me stay on trackβ¦but I think Iβm going to try one of these meal plansβ¦.I think it will help in having to make less decisions and less planning. I agree that prepping for the whole week does not taste good. Also if and when you make more meal plans including the calories and macros within the plans would be super helpfull.π

Go make the chowder now people its soo good. I used brocoli instead of cauliflower and bleneded half of it in a regular blender as i don't have an immersion blender. My bf loves it too π

Well I just made the "Veggie Chowder" soup – wow very yummy and easy to make – love it. I only used 2 Tbsp cubes of coconut milk (I freeze them in single serving Tbsp amounts – always had can going bad in the fridge) and added 2 carrots – had to use some up. Love seeing the lentils in there. Really nice soup. thanks for sharing the recipe!

This worked for me years ago now I feel itβs not working πππ’ Iβm 28 Ina. Few months and MAN does your metabolism really slow down around 25. I feel like the same way I eat now makes me maintain / gain instead of lose lol
Tha calories are great! Some of us are so used to counting calories it's a hard shift to only think about calorie density!
